The Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). This document describes Enamoured Privacy Policy.

The information we collect
We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold will depend upon the products and services you request from us and may include:
• Information you provide us when you purchase goods or services. This information will include your name, address and contact details. .
• Information derived from communications between us and you.

The use of the facilities and services available through our website will determine the amount and type of information we collect. The only personal information we collect when you use our website is what you tell us about yourself, for example, by completing an online form when you request product information, or when you send us email we will record your mail address.

How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection or otherwise as set out in this Privacy Statement. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorized or required by law. Generally we will only use and disclose your personal information:
• To establish and maintain your relationship as a customer of Enamoured.
• To provide the products and services you have requested from Enamoured.
• To administer and manage those products and services.
• To answer your enquiry.

Access to your personal information
In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that Enamoured holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law.
If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.
Security
Enamoured will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files.

The Internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly,Enamoured cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorized access or use of that information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
It may be necessary for us to review and revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. An amended version will be posted on our website. We suggest that you visit our website regularly to keep up to date with any changes.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notification. All include 10% GST and are displayed in Australian dollars. We accepted visa and mastercard over the internet or by phone. Other payments available are direct deposit.

Credit Card Payments
Credit Card Payment is secure and the fastest method of payment. Orders can be processed and dispatched same day for urgent orders using credit cards providing stock is available.
Please ensure that you fill out all details correctly when placing an order. If you are using your partners or someone elses credit card please include their contact number.

Full payment is required before dispatch.

Printed Material
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of production. No refunds will be given after commencement of production.
Stock, Materials Colours Finish: All orders are subject to stock availability. Once your order is received you will be notified if any materials are out of stock. You may cancel your order then or wait for stock to arrive. Onscreen colours may appear slightly different, depending on your monitor settings.

Refunds: We offer a 7 day refund policy on accessories only. Prior authorization must be obtained before returning any goods. Goods that are ordered incorrectly and are not easily re-sold will not be refunded. The refund is given as a credit with our website for future purchases unless otherwise arranged. No refunds will be given on printed and handmade stationery.

Mistakes in orders received : Enamoured endeavors to ensure all orders are correct and all orders that leave our studio are checked by two people. However, there are occasions where a mistake is made. We recommend checking your order and reporting any mistakes within 7 days of receiving your order. During this 7 day period, we will rectify mistakes caused by Enamoured at our expense. Once the 7 day period is over, Enamoured will not take responsibility for any mistakes and will consider the order completed.
Cancellation of orders: All accessories can be canceled at the discretion of Enamoured.

Printed and made stationery cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Delivery: Delivery varies on whether you are located in a city or regional area. If you require your order by a particular date please indicate this on your order and we will do our best to deliver it by that date. Urgent orders, can be processed and dispatched same day payment is accepted. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days providing stock is available. Stationery made by Enamoured may take up to 4 weeks after all information received by you. It is best to order as soon as you have chosen your design to confirm time with production. Enamoured will only take enough orders on to guarantee non mass-produced stationery.

If you require your items by a specific date please note your preferred delivery date in the customer instructions section of your order.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. We cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays and damages. Since we use a third party for shipping, Enamoured cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times are the sole liability of the client/customer. We advise providing allowances for any unexpected delays when ordering.

Printed ; Assembled Stationery Proofs: A black and white proof will be faxed or mailed within 48 hours of receiving your wording and font choice. One proof and two amendment proofs will be provided free of charge. Any additional proofs will be charged at $10.00 per set. Once approved, printing of your stationery will commence. Printing will not proceed until we have received a signed proof approval.

Errors: Errors that are signed off through the proofing process are reprinted at the clients expense regardless of how the error occured. It is your responsibility to check all copies are correct.

Variations of copy: Any variations on the same item of stationery. e.g different reply dates will be charged $25.00 for each variation.

Guest Lists: Printing of guests names and addresses that is included in the price require a guest list saved in a table format. Word and excel tables will be e-mailed on receipt of your order. All text in the guest list must be typed as you wish for it to appear. All spelling and set-out must be correct. Enamoured doesn't check your guest list and what you have saved will be printed on your stationery. If you wish to add extra names or changes to your guest list a new guest list must be sent. Any mistakes incurred from your guest list is not Enamoured’s responsibility. If re-prints are requested there will be additional $2.00 per item printed.

Ink: Printing prices include black ink. Colour printing is an additional charge depending on your quantity. Only black ink is used for translucent paper.
